Arklow gardai have also appealed for witnesses to a hit-and-run that claimed the life of a young man. The victim, who is believed to be between 25 and 30, was found at the side of the N11 at Ballynapark at 12.30am on Saturday. Gardai have not yet released his name, as they are waiting for his family to return from abroad.
