Happily, we are not bound by these constraints on the Information Superhighway! Taking advantage of that fact, this site presents photographs, locations, descriptions and inscriptions from a huge number of memorials, monuments, shrines and crosses throughout the whole of Ireland.

Tens of thousands of miles travelled, thousands of photographs and a fascination which is threatening to turn into an obsession.
The result is a collection of memorials which will surprise many by their variety and sheer number.
See if you can spot these sites as you travel around Ireland. Make the time to stop and say a prayer for the victims and for all who mourn them.
