Ballytrasna - 3
Sites Travelling from Dublin to Cork, there is a very long stretch of
straight road going through Horse and Jockey. After this straight there is a
very long, wide bend. On the right hand side of the road just after this bend
is Ballytrasna National School, well marked with warning signs since it is
mostly hidden behind a hedge. These three memorials are very close to the
school and all on the same side of the road as the school.

A million times we've missed
you A million times we've cried If love could have saved you, You
never would have died. If we had a lifetime wish, A dream that would come
true, We'd pray to God, With all our hearts, For yesterday -- and
you Love, from Mammy, Daddy and
family. |
